Faulty or incorrect items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email admin@adventurelifestyle.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we will cover the cost.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and undamaged. Once we receive it and confirm its condition, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Lost or delayed parcels

Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days Australia-wide. We post as we travel, so dispatch comes from wherever we are on the road at the time. If your parcel has not arrived after [21] business days, email us with your order number and we will chase the tracking. If it is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend it at our cost.

Digital products

GPX file packs and digital guides are non-refundable once downloaded, as they cannot be returned. If a file is corrupt or will not open, email us and we will send a working copy or refund you.

Standard Australia Post shipping - ships within 7 days of order depending on our proximity to a post office!
