Nitmiluk is thirteen gorges carved into sandstone by the Katherine River, and 120 kilometres south at Mataranka, Elsey National Park has thermal springs that sit at 34 degrees every day of the year. In between you've got waterfalls, plunge pools, easy swimming and walking tracks, all of it on sealed road.
